After two decades in the industry, Ali saw the same pattern repeat: sellers paying tens of thousands of dollars in commission on transactions that, in most cases, didn't require that level of cost to complete successfully. As the industry became more competitive and commission pressure increased, it became clear that homeowners deserved a more transparent option — one where the price is fixed upfront, and the savings go back to the people who earned them: the sellers.
